Aqua Medic Aquasunlight NG Metal Halide & T5
The new aquasunlight from Aqua Medic, available from Swell UK, combines all the benefits of metal halide lamps with the technology of the new T5 fluorescent lamps.This symbiosis merges the advantages of both systems. Of course, the fixture is made of saltwater resistant powder coated aluminium and supplied with high purity aluminium reflectors.
For long term reliability the electronic components are all manufactured by the leading European manufacturers.
As an option high frequency electronic ballasts can be supplied for the metal halide circuits. These ballasts reduce noise, increases the life span of the bulbs by approx 20% and reduces power uptake
The optional Light Deflectors are an easy to install accessory to prevent light pollution into the room (One Light Deflector supplied).
aquasunlight is manufactured in lengths from 60 cm to 180 cm.
Depending on the length it can be supplied with between 1 and 4 metal halide lamps (aqualine 10000, 13000ºK, 70 – 250 watt, aqualine 20000, blue, 70 – 250 watt) and 2 or 4 T5 fluorescent tubes ( aqualine T5 Reef blue and aqualine T5 Reef white ) of 24 – 80 watts.
As a further option, the luminaire can be supplied with blue LED moonlight lamps.
